Deliveries and Shipping Switzerland

We are always looking for the cheapest shipping method for you:

• Small parts will be sent by post after receipt of payment, from Fr. 9.70 per package
• We deliver inexpensively directly to your home / on-board edge, unloading assistance by customer is required.
  
  The customer is responsible for ensuring that access is guaranteed for a car!!!
  
  Unloading delays will be charged to the customer with Fr. 12.50 per 1/4 hour or part thereof. 
  For second deliveries, Fr. 2.-/ km and Fr. 45.- will be charged for the driver.

Deliveries in German-speaking Switzerland according to the offer in the shop (click on delivery), at least Fr. 64.80. Graubünden from Chur, Western Switzerland to Fribourg, Valais and Ticino on request.

Thanks to our proven delivery service, you will receive your shipment GUARANTEED without transport damage, as more than 14,000 customers before you.

WARRANTY:  5 years warranty on factory damage

Order conditions

Each order placed is legally valid in accordance with Switzerland. OR.

• In the event of cancellation, the industry-standard fees of 33% of the order value will be incurred, but at least Fr. 80.-. The non-payment of the deposit / invoice according to the order confirmation is considered a cancellation.
  
  The company has the right to refuse an order without justification.
  
  
• Customer-specific orders or special dimensions confirmed by us and the supplier can no longer be cancelled.
• Purchase with partial payments: in case of positive credit check, purchase with partial payments are possible under the following condition: Down payment when ordering 35%, remaining amount in installments from Fr. 400.- per month. Entry in the property register is reserved.
• Colour deviations: Slight deviations in the colour effect are possible and must be accepted.

The entire order process is carried out by e-mail.

Returns and refunds on Kinderzimmershop.ch

If something does not fit, you can benefit from the right of return for 14 days. Please make sure that no signs of use are visible on the parts and everything is included - otherwise we have to refuse the return.

The products must be professionally packed with all accessories in their original packaging. Damaged products will not be taken back. 

Returns of products are at the expense and risk of the customer. The return address (please do not send to Kinderzimmershop.ch without prior agreement) will be communicated to you after contacting us. The products must be packed professionally and safely in the original packaging with all accessories.

The return due to a defect in the product must be described with a detailed error and a copy of the purchase invoice must be enclosed. For products that have no detectable defects or the defect does not fall under the manufacturer's warranty, Kinderzimmershop may charge the customer for the costs for the inspection as well as the return or disposal.

To clarify the further process, please contact us at info@kinderzimmershop.ch - before returning the item. After receipt of the rejected product, a suitable solution is sought. Be it by conversion (exchange), reduction (adjustment of the purchase price to the effective value) or refund of the purchase price.

Payments

Payable upon order or according to order confirmation within 3 days.

The delivery period begins after receipt of payment.

Possible final payment on delivery - or in advance to our postal account no. 15-472139-8, IBAN no. CH73 0900 0000 1547 2139 8. If the remaining payment is not made on delivery and immediate payment is promised and not made within 3 working days, the customer is in default of payment and the collection procedure is initiated without further reminder. Fr. 20.- will be charged for the prior reminder.

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

Mf Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you waive payment within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

When concluding the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, in addition to our terms and conditions, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

Keep in mind that from 1000.- CHF an increased credit check is carried out by Powerpay.

The invoice is payable within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

Checkout instructions

In the checkout, when selecting "Purchase on account", activate the mandatory field, which must require the express consent (opt-in procedure) of the customer for the GTC. In addition, link to the terms and conditions and insert the following text:

You will receive the invoice free of charge by email. By purchasing on account, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb), provided that a valid email address is provided.

Default of payment: in the event of default in payment, all discounts granted shall lapse.

Collection: If a collection procedure has to be initiated, the customer incurs a collection fee of 10% of the value of the goods, but at least Fr. 200.-, in addition, all official and other costs (enforcement, seizure, court) are also borne by the customer.

Until the final payment of the purchase price, the delivered items remain the property of the children's room shop.

ERRORS, TYPESETTING ERRORS, MISPRINTS and ev. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
